Balance system Information:

Pixel Sharp uses an internal credit system for convenience. Each user has a digital balance in Shards, with 1 Shard equal to 1 Euro. All payments are made from this balance. To add funds, select the number of Shards you want, go to the checkout, pick a payment method, and enter the required details. Funds are usually credited within one minute, and often instantly.

Purchase system Information:

To purchase something on Pixel Sharp, users must create an account with a valid email, unique username, and secure password. After registration and verification, they can browse products, add them to cart, and checkout using their account balance. The minimum possible purchase is 5 Euro, while the maximum is 500 Euro.

Rating Information:

Shards that have been purchased but not used may be eligible for a refund, provided that:

  • the Shards have not been partially or fully used;
  • the request is submitted within the statutory withdrawal period;
  • no provision of digital content associated with the Shards has begun.

Refunds may also be considered in cases where:

  • a technical malfunction of the website occurred;
  • an error attributable to pixel-sharp.com resulted in the user being unable to access the paid product.

Any refund request must be submitted personally via the email address provided on the website within 14 days from the time of the transaction. The user must be of legal age to be eligible for a refund.
